擁有一半中國血統的Joseph Altuzarra 是時裝界近日冒起新秀，早前更被《Forbes》選為「30 位30 歲以下的年輕才俊」的代表之一，更贏得 2011 CFDA/ Vogue Fashion Fund 大獎。他亦被受美國總統Obama 欣賞，與Marc Jacobs 和Alexander Wang 等人獲邀設計選舉tee shirt，可見他深得各界支持。
Joyce Boutique 日前便飛往巴黎與Joseph Altuzarra 及他的母親Karen 做訪問，大談他成名之路。Joseph 並未接受過傳統時裝設計學位，他修畢藝術歷史學位後，於Marc Jacobs 做過internship，再於Proenza Schouler 當freelance 設計師助理，及後到Givenchy 工作，邊學邊做。如今能夠創立同名品牌，並且成名，我也替他高興。
